Our Subscribe and Save program allows you to receive your favorite products each month automatically, with a 10% discount on every order. It’s an easy and convenient way to never run out of what you love while saving money!
2. How does the Subscribe & Save discount work?
When you sign up for a subscription at checkout, you'll get a 10% discount on your current order and every subsequent monthly order as long as your subscription is active.
3. When can I schedule the monthly Subscription to process?
A Subscription can be scheduled to process any day between the 1st and 25th of the month. If you process a Subscribe & Save order online after the 25th, the system will automictically set up the next monthly Subscription to process on the 25th of the following month.
4. Can I customize or change my Subscription?
Absolutely! You can update the products, quantities, or delivery frequency in your subscription anytime through your account. We want to make sure your subscription works perfectly for you. For steps on how to update your Subscription, review the following articles:

5. Is there a commitment or cancellation fee?
No commitments, no fees! You can cancel your subscription anytime without any penalties.
6. How will I be charged for my Subscription?
Your payment method will be charged automatically before each delivery, ensuring a seamless experience. We'll also send a reminder email 5 days prior to your subscription order date.
7. What if I have an existing Subscription?
If you already have a Subscription, make sure to update it instead of creating a new Subscription. Otherwise, you can create multiple Subscription templates on your account. Updating the existing Subscription ensures you get exactly what you want at the discounted pricing.
8. Will the Annual Partner Fee Renewal be added to my Subscription?
If When you enroll or upgrade to a Partner, you will have an annual Subscription for the renewal fee that is separate from your monthly product Subscription.
