Q. How do I set up a Subscription for the first time?
A. Subscribing is a breeze with Subscribe & Save! Just follow these simple steps, and you’ll start earning perks in no time. Need a hand? Our friendly Member Service team is here to help—give us a call, and we’ll walk you through setting up your subscription.
Setting up Subscribe & Save through XBO (for Partners)
Step 1: Log in to your Xyngular Back Office (XBO).
Step 2: Click on the Menu bars in the top left corner of the page.
Step 3: Click on "Manage Subscriptions.
Step 4: Then click on "Create Subscription.
Step 5: This will take you to the "SHOP" page where you can customize your Subscription order with your favorite products.
**When selecting individual products, click on the orange “Add To Bag” button (image 1). To add a kit or bundle with flavor options, click on “Select Flavor” (image 2). When you have selected your flavor option, click on the “Add To Bag” button.

Step 6: Once the product is in the bag, you will see the 10% off Discount applied to the Pricing as well as PV. To continue, click on Checkout.
Step 7: Under the Shipping Details section, verify your shipping information and mobile phone number and click Save. (Once the shipping address is added, taxes and shipping will be updated in the shopping bag). To add a new address, or update the address listed, click on edit, then click “Add New Address.” Once information is correct, click “Continue.”
Step 8: In the Schedule/Ship Method section, you will schedule the date you want your Subscription to process each month (1st – 25th) the shipping method will default to Standard shipping (4-7 business days.) Then click “Continue”
If you would like to change the date the Subscription processes, click “Edit” then click on the calendar icon to select the date from the calendar. You can also update the shipping timeframe for your monthly orders. You can select either Standard (4-7 business days), Expedited (3-4 business days) or Express (1-2 business days). Please note, whatever shipping method you choose will be set for each month the subscription processes.
Step 9: In the Payment Section, you will see the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card saved on the account. To change your payment information, click on “Edit.” Once you have updated the card on the Subscription, click "Continue."
Step 10: You can see the receipt of your Subscribe & Save template. Products, Discounted Pricing and PV, Shipping Details, Schedule & Shipping method, Payment, and Total. If everything looks correct, to save your Subscription template, click on “Save Subscription.”
